The earliest maps of Marston are those made by Thomas Langdon for Corpus Christi College in 1605; there is no contemporary medieval map of Oxford, the earliest being Ralph Agas's map of the City dated 1578 but made ten years earlier.  The earliest map of the County is that made by Christopher Saxton in 1574.
