The Parish Council are a legal consultee and will review all planning applications in Old Marston either at the full council meeting or will call an ad hoc meeting of the Planning Committee if consultation deadline is before the next main meeting. - The submitted plan for the building of 159 dwellings and demolition of historic barn have been approved by the City Council Planning Department. There are questions the need to be answered about how the construction traffic will access the site, provision of local services such as shops and a bus turning to allow public transport to the site.
