Wildlife in Old Marston and Surrounding Area

Old Marston is an area rich in wildlife. To help  you to find out more about our natural environment I have compiled a collection of links to nature websites, many of which have information specific to Oxford, including Old Marston. Just click on any of the links below which will take you to the site. Thames Valley Environment Record Centre produce a regular bulletin of all things wildlife in Oxfordshire. Oxfordshire County Council’s  Countryside Service can be contacted on 01865-810226. Also check out the Wildlife Survey  which was carried out on Parish Council Land in 2005.

Some of the above links, especially the Oxford Urban Wildlife Group and the Oxfordshire Bio-diversity Action Plan have numerous links to other local wildlife information. Please note that Old Marston Parish Council is not responsible for the content of  external websites.
